Welcome to Sixth Form Careers Education, Advice and Guidance. In the following pages you will find lots of information to help you make the right decision for YOU when you leave GSGW.


Hopefully, by now, you have an idea of what you want to do and how you will achieve this and in the majority of cases this will involve university. However, if you are still considering your options and would like to discuss them you should arrange a careers interview, initially with Mrs McAllister who may then refer you to one of our Connexions PAs, Mr Doyle or Mr Robinson. In the meantime, you might want to explore some career ideas by looking here or here or here.


If you are interested in finding out about your particular skills, you can register at www.learndirect-advice.co.uk/helpwithyourcareer/skills. You will be asked to answer a short questionnaire then careers ideas will be suggested and you can click on a range of job profiles which include up to date information.
